Presenter information: Mr. Grottke has been the lead audit and/or consulting partner, manager and associate on numerous companies in New England and New York State with CCR and with his other past accounting firms, KPMG, LLP and Arthur Anderson & Company. Mr. Grottke has provided consulting services in a number of industries including banking, insurance, brokerage, manufacturing, shipping, retailing and healthcare over his 22 plus year career. Services provided include: developing business strategy, facilitating Board and management meetings, merger and acquisition assistance, improving policies and procedures, improving regulatory compliance practices, reviewing business processes, developing technology plans, selecting IT vendor contracts and converting to new systems. Tom leads CCR's specialty internal control assurance services at CCR including the delivery of SAS 70 attest engagements, internal audit services. IT Audits and Sarbanes-Oxley services.
